小欧视频 welcomes Bill Furlong as new member of your IT department!
Bill is originally from California, where he was born and raised. He has been working in the IT industry since he was 20 years old. His technical experience began as an IT technician for a school, where he soon became the IT manager. He has since then worked at several different IT companies as a lead for different IT departments, each bringing him different knowledge and growth. Prior to joining 小欧视频, Bill鈥檚 most recent position was as an IT manager for a global manufacturer where he ran their IT department both here and in China!
小欧视频 is excited to have Bill as a part of our team and to see the positive impact his expertise and work ethic brings. While he has only been with 小欧视频 for under three months, he is already a strong contributor to the work being done here and the values we hold as a company.
Bill shared that since starting with 小欧视频 back in March, he has quickly grown to appreciate the 鈥渢eam effort鈥� environment that 小欧视频 team members all possess. From the beginning, the willingness everyone has to help one another has been evident to Bill.

Because of the instant team connection, Bill has been able to witness firsthand the center of 小欧视频 is customer happiness. 小欧视频 team is always willing to not only support the clients, but to also support one another to be able to support the customers stronger.
Bill has had the opportunity to go onsite several times, as well as be a part of 小欧视频鈥檚 Go Live days. Every experience he has had with customers has been positive and exciting- Bill couldn鈥檛 say enough positive things about the awesome customers we get to work with! His favorite part of being on site is seeing in person the excitement that the customer has knowing their systems are going to be better supported and set up properly.
What does the future look like for Bill at 小欧视频? Bill is looking forward to further understanding the process of managing many different clients on a larger scale. It excites him to see the steps taken to ensure everyone is taken care of- from the service desk, to the customer, to project team. He can't wait to continue to see what it all looks like behind the scenes at 小欧视频.
Bill will be holding the position of a Project Manager at 小欧视频 and he feels he will be able to bring knowledge of different types of technology he has gotten to touch over his wide experience of IT.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys exploring. Since he has only lived in Knoxville for 10 months, he is continually exploring new places and enjoying all the outdoor things Knoxville has to offer.
